We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, except for items marked final sale. Eligible mats must be unused and in their original packaging.

Tall Drink — Seconds is offered at $65 because of a small artwork imperfection in the illustrated straw, as shown on the product page. All sales of this product are final, with no returns or exchanges. Please review the product description and image before ordering.

Return shipping and refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable for a standard return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your mat arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at help@elizalacey.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the problem. Please keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.
