Shopping and customer support
When you place an order or contact us, we receive information such as your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, phone number if provided, order details, and messages. We use it to process payments, fulfill and track orders, provide support, handle returns, and maintain business records. Our website also processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser information for security and operation.
Payments and delivery
Our store runs on WordPress and WooCommerce. Stripe processes payments and receives the payment and transaction information needed for that purpose. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our website. Relevant order and delivery information is shared with Pirate Ship and the selected shipping carrier, such as UPS or USPS, to purchase postage, deliver packages, and provide tracking. Postmark delivers our website emails, including order and availability messages. Our hosting, email, and backup providers also process information needed to operate these services.

Product availability notifications
If you ask to be notified about a product, we store your email address, selected product, confirmation status, and request, confirmation, and notification dates. After your address is confirmed, we use the signup to send one availability email for the requested product. This signup does not subscribe you to a general newsletter. Contact us to cancel a pending request or request removal of your notification records; availability messages also include an unsubscribe link.
Email news and welcome offer
If you choose to join our news and offers list, we store your email address, the consent wording you accepted, signup and confirmation dates, subscription status, and your welcome-coupon reference. We send a confirmation request before adding you to the active list. Confirmed first-time customers receive a personal, single-use 10% merchandise discount for their first order. We check order history and coupon use to administer the offer. This signup is separate from product availability requests.
You can unsubscribe from news and offers using the link in any of those emails. Unsubscribing does not cancel an unused welcome coupon or necessary order messages. We retain an unsubscribe record to avoid sending further offers, unless you ask us to erase it; unconfirmed new signups are removed after 30 days. Postmark delivers confirmation and welcome messages. We use short-lived, hashed rate-limit information to discourage signup abuse.
Your browser remembers when you dismiss the welcome popup for 30 days and when you submit its signup, so it does not repeatedly interrupt you. Clearing browser storage resets those preferences.
Cookies and website statistics
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and similar storage for features such as sign-in, your cart, and checkout. Payment services may use cookies or similar technologies to process transactions and help prevent fraud. We use Koko Analytics to understand website traffic. Some page resources, such as fonts, may load from external providers, which receive the technical information needed to deliver them. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect shopping or sign-in.
Retention and your choices
We retain order and customer records for operating the store, handling support and returns, accounting, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Availability-notification records remain stored unless removed; confirmation and notification status help us avoid duplicate messages. Backups may retain copies until they are replaced.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your email address. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes. Where an account is available, you can also review and update its details while signed in.
Partner referrals
If you follow a partner referral link, a cookie helps us attribute purchases to that partner for up to 30 days. We record referral visits and resulting purchases to calculate partner commissions. Referral visit records may include your IP address and browser information.
