We sell from stock, with no preorders. Our mahjong mats ship rolled from the US East Coast to all 50 states, Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico.
Ships within 3–5 business days
Orders ship within 3–5 business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This is our order-processing time; carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination and service.

Each box holds up to two mats, including mixed designs. Larger orders use additional boxes: each pair is charged the two-mat rate, with the one-mat rate added if needed. For example, three mats ship for $36 to the contiguous states or Washington, DC, and $67 to Alaska or Hawaii. Puerto Rico shipping is $50 per box of up to two mats: $50 for one or two mats, $100 for three or four, and $50 for each additional box. These are shipping charges before any applicable tax.
Carriers and tracking
We use UPS or USPS depending on the destination and service available. We will email tracking information when your shipping label is created. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives your package.
