Soup
So I’ve been on a soup kick lately. There is nothing like cozying up on the couch on a Sunday afternoon to watch football while the snow comes down outside while slirping down a bowl of delicious homemade soup. If you asked me a month ago what my specialty soup was, it was Broccoli Cheese. Until now. I came across a recipe for Cream of Wild Mushroom soup. I’d been wanting to attempt one, but I was reluctant. I always think they won’t turn out yummy. I decided to take the plunge. And 2 hours later, I was thrilled I did. I have a new signature soup.
